Quantic EMC and EDAconnect.com partner to provide the EDAstore with a professional Signal Integrity and EMC simulation tool set.

Quantic products will soon be available to engineers and designers for a monthly subscription fee through the Internet-based EDA tools distributor.

Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada – Quantic EMC, a worldwide provider of SI and EMC simulation tools, and EDAconnect.com, the first Internet-based EDA tools distributor, announce their partnership agreement to offer Quantic products through EDAstore. Engineers and PCB designers worldwide can now buy a subscription for Quantic tools on a month to month basis. All transactions, including downloads, free trial periods, subscriptions, support and updates will now take place over the Internet.

The newly launched EDAconnect.com features a number of Electronic PCB design products within the EDAstore. Included under the PCB Design category is Omega PLUS; Quantic EMC’s latest SI and EMC simulation software suite available on PCs and UNIX workstations. Omega PLUS contains a number of modules that help engineers and designers solve their SI/crosstalk and EMC problems. Through a subscription fee, on a project by project basis, PCB designers and engineers can use Omega PLUS to significantly reduce their time to market.
